Special thanks goes to Ms. Kaitlyn West that had been of great help and was the best 5550 Wilshire ambassador. She helped us with quick information when asked and respondent to all of our requests without any hesitation. Special shout out to Jermaine from the maintenance department that helped us with out oven that had a small issue; really cool of him to leave us a note on the counter to let us know that he had fixed our appliance. No regrets about choosing this community and no complaints so far. We will continue to recommend this community to everyone we know and hope to have this amazing staff for the entire duration of our lease. Thank you guys!
