Pet Policy

Windsor Communities accepts up to two pets per household.  Cats, dogs, birds and fish are welcome.  We do not permit reptiles, exotic or un-domesticated animals (e.g. wolves or any big cat such as a tiger, lynx, etc.). We also do not allow certain dog breeds, including, but not limited to, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, and Rottweilers and mixes of these breeds.  Please check with your community about their specific pet policies and pet-friendly amenities.

Take a dip in our resort-style pool, kick back on the sun deck, or read a book in the privacy of a poolside cabana. You can gather at the outdoor fire pit or cook up a quick meal at one of two grills on our outdoor entertainment island — all excellent ways to enjoy the beautiful LA weather.

Inside, you’ll find a private lounge and apartment movie theater equipped with stadium seating, perfect for relaxing in comfort. Our dry sauna and steam room is also a great place to unwind after a long day or tough workout at our two-story fitness center.
 

Miracle Mile Apartment Amenities

Each one of our Miracle Mile apartments is outfitted with gourmet kitchens perfect for entertaining. Enjoy modern touches like kitchen islands, caesarstone countertops, decorative backsplashes, and beautiful bamboo or espresso cabinetry. These stunning interiors carry over into the apartment bathrooms, which boast dual-sink vanities in the master baths. (In select apartments you’ll find even more features for a spa-like experience, including oversized tubs and walk-in showers!)

These layouts have an open, airy feel thanks to 9-10 foot ceilings and expansive windows that let in plenty of natural light.  Walk-in closets provide plenty of storage, while full-size washers and dryers are available in-unit for your convenience.
